Terms and Conditions

1. Giveaway Organizer

The giveaway is organized by FA Production BV, André van der Louwbrug 2110, 3011 WM Rotterdam, Netherlands.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years or older to enter. Employees, agents, or affiliates of FA Production BV and Qatar Airways, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. Each participant may only enter the giveaway once.

3. Contest Period

The giveaway will run from 15 November to 20 November 2024, ending at 23:59 CET. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must follow @qatarairways on Instagram and comment on the giveaway post using the hashtag #QRxFA. Each unique comment counts as an entry.

5. Prizes

Two winners will each receive a prize package including:

• 2 x T16 Grandstand tickets to an F1 event

• Round-trip economy flights

• Accommodation for the event

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives. The winners must use the prizes as awarded and may not transfer or give the prize to any other person.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be chosen at random and contacted via Instagram direct message on 21 November 2024. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternative winner may be selected.

7. Travel Requirements

The giveaway organizers, FA Production BV and Qatar Airways will not be responsible for obtaining any travel documentation, such as visas, passports, or other requirements needed for travel. It is solely the responsibility of the winner and their guest to ensure they meet all travel requirements for entry to the event destination. Failure to obtain necessary travel documentation will result in forfeiture of the prize, with no alternative or compensation provided.

8. Liability

FA Production BV and Qatar Airways are not responsible for any incidents, accidents, injuries, or other occurrences that may happen before, during, or after the use of the prize. By accepting the prize, winners agree to release FA Production BV and Qatar Airways from any liability related to the prize.

9. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
